Starting in August 2021 with 81 Kindergartners and 27 first-graders, we’ll add a grade level each year with full K-5 enrollment of 324 students by 2025-2026. It’s an exhilarating time of growth, and we’re looking for team members who are dedicated, passionate and committed to excellence.
We believe our teachers are the foundation for accomplishing our ambitious mission of ensuring all students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade are prepared for academic and personal success in middle school, high school, and college.

HireVue On-Demand Interview
Invited Candidates will participate in an on-demand virtual interview on the HireVue platform. Recorded responses will be reviewed by our Leadership Team and Interview Committee.
Demo Lesson & In-Person Interview
Candidates who reach this stage of the interview process will be invited to our school building for an in-person interview and demo lesson with our Prepsters. Candidates will tour the school, ask questions, and see our school culture firsthand!
For non-teaching roles, candidates will be asked to complete a performance task.
